Martin Kassabov, Cornell UniversityI will mainly talk about (my viewpoint at) a method for proving property T used by Dymara and Januszkiewicz, which has a strong geometric flavor. I will finish with a proof of a conjecture of mine which was mentioned in M. Ershov's talk in December.
(Most of this talk is not my work, some part is a joint work with M. Ershov and A. Jaikin, and there is tiny bit which is solely mine.)
