Please make a reservation at the hotel of your choice as soon as you can. They fill up fast here in the fall!
Hotel Options
We have blocked rooms at the Fairfield Inn (on Elmira Rd) at a reduced price. However, feel free to find hotel rooms at other (potentially less expensive, or closer) locations.
When making your reservation, please provide the group name and group code
in order to receive the Cornell group discount. Note that the Fairfield Inn does not provide a shuttle
to the Cornell campus. However, there are plenty of parking options on Saturday, especially if you arrive
for the beginning of the meeting (see below).

The deadline to make a reservation at our group rate is September 13. Rooms will be released after this date.
Grayhaven Motel
We have used this inn before. It is a bit south of Ithaca, but is quite nice, and the rooms are significantly cheaper than options right in town. When I checked on Aug 18, they had perhaps 9-10 rooms available.Other lodging options in Ithaca, NY
A less expensive option is to consider hotels in Cortland, which is a 30 minute drive from Ithaca.
Sales Tax
If your hotel bill will be paid for by a tax-exempt organization and you want to avoid the 11% sales tax on hotel rooms, we suggest you ask the hotel about their policy when you make the reservation. You may need to bring along a Tax Exempt form.
Map, Directions, and Parking
For directions to campus, try Google Maps (Malott Hall). Visitors may park in most spots on campus on Saturday with no permit, in particular in the area around Malott Hall. Be careful of the areas marked with a moon: these are restricted at all times.
There is a parking garage one block south of Malott Hall with entrances on Campus Road and Hoy Road. On the Google map, the parking garage is located between two green patches (Hoy Field and Schoellkopf Field) and will appear if you zoom in a little.
