Talks and other presentations will be held in Uris Hall Auditorium (room G01), beginning with opening remarks by Barbara Baird, senior associate dean of the Arts College. See below for details about conference check-in, breaks, and the banquet.

Conference Check-In
Check-in will take place on Monday and Tuesday 8:00 – 9:00 a.m. and during breaks outside the Statler Hotel Terrace Lounge. A variety of conference materials will be available.
Breaks
The Statler Hotel Terrace Lounge — directly across from the Uris Auditorium entrance — is reserved for coffee and tea breaks the entire week of the conference. Feel free to use this space to relax between talks or, if the weather cooperates, enjoy the beautiful Cornell campus. The lounge will be open on Monday and Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. On Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, the lounge is open unitl 5:00 p.m.
Banquet
The banquet will be held in the Statler Hotel Ballroom, which is two flights up from the Terrace Lounge. Registration for the banquet is closed. Registered banquet attendees need to check in at 6:00 — there will be tables set up in the corridor just outside the reception area. The banquet reception starts at 6:30 outside the ballroom followed by dinner 7:00–10:00 p.m.
