These items are knit with Koigu yarn. I made the socks and hat first, and then I was asked to make a matching sweater. I wanted the sweater to fit for more than a week (at least two) so I didn't want to make it too small. I was unable to track enough of the same yarn for a sweater, so I made a vest. I put lace tulips along the bottom. While these all match, they are all sized to fit at different times. The socks are very small. I gave an identical pair to other friends and they told me that they were the only things they had that were small enough when the baby was born. The hat is larger and the vest larger still.
