We will read and discuss some papers on the topology of three-manifolds. We'll look at a mix of "classical" work and more recent papers.
Here are a few ideas for readings. Some are classical/foundational and others are more recent. They're grouped roughly by subject with something classical and something more recent under each heading. More may be posted later.
