Activities versus Projects

The term Activities refers to in-class work by student groups, which the students normally do not receive additional credit for (although they are sometimes required to complete the Activity as Homework).

The term Projects refers to long-term assignments to student groups, which the groups work on primarily outside of class, and which are usually due within two to three and a half weeks after the Project was assigned.
