In Fall 2007, I will be teaching MATH 471.
This is an undergraduate introductry course on probability. The objective is to prepare a student in the basics of probabilistic definitions, arguments, and rigors. It is also a pre requisite for later courses on Statistics. The textbook for this course is The Essentials of Probability by Richard Durrett. Please see the Cornell Blackboard for more details about the course structure and the syllabus. In Spring 2007 I taught a graduate level course on continuous stochastic processes. This webpage has all the information on the course. |
