The Math Behind Sudoku
This Math Explorers' Club module is a discussion of the mathematics behind the popular puzzle Sudoku. The material is directed towards middle and high school teachers who may adapt and use it as they see fit, and towards interested students who may explore and learn on their own.
This project was funded by the National Science Foundation. Many other Math Explorers' Club modules have been developed and are available at the MEC website.
