MATH 7150: Fourier Analysis (spring 2009)

Instructor: Camil Muscalu

The course is an introduction to classical Fourier analysis. I plan to follow closely the recent book Fourier Analysis. An Introduction by Stein & Shakarchi. If time permits, I should also describe some other fundamental topics, such as Calderón-Zygmund theory and Littlewood-Paley theory. Ideally, I would also like to find some time to present some additional applications to the Prime Number Theorem and Vinogradov's Three-Primes Theorem.
