MATH 6120: Complex Analysis Spring 2013

Instructor: Robert Strichartz

Texts: Stein and Shakarchi, "Complex Analysis" and "Functional Analysis"

The course covers in depth the theory of complex analysis and some of its applications, such as the prime number theorem, the Malgrange-Ehrenpreis theorem on existence of solutions to linear constant coefficient PDE's, and the M. Riesz Interpolation theorem.

Students will do most of the lecturing.
