On-Campus Housing Options
If you are registered for on-campus housing, you will be staying at William Keeton House (map) on West Campus. Housing check-in will take place at the Hans Bethe House (HBH) service desk no earlier than 2:00 p.m. on June 10. (If arriving after 8 p.m., see sign on main door for instructions.) Check-out is no later than 10:00 a.m.on June 16 unless otherwise arranged.

Sales Tax
If your hotel bill will be paid for by a tax-exempt organization and you want to avoid the 11% sales tax on hotel rooms, we suggest you ask the hotel about their policy when you make the reservation. You may need to bring along a Tax Exempt form.
Parking
Parking on campus is free and unrestricted on weekends and after 5:00 p.m. on weekdays. Daily guest parking permits for weekdays can be purchased at booths at the entrances to campus.
