This will form the second of two interconnected talks on recent work , joint with Jeffrey Bergfalk and Justin Tatch Moore, showing that it is consistent relative to the existence of a weakly compact cardinal that strong homology is additive and has compact supports on the class of locally compact separable metric spaces. This talk will focus on connecting the topological apparatus of strong homology with the results from the first talk.
