The classical Weyl law describes the asymptotic growth rate of the spectrum of the laplacian. We show that there is a similar Weyl law governing the asymptotic growth of the variational spectrum of the p-laplace operator on a closed Riemannian manifold. The proof uses ideas of Gromov as well as Liokumovich-Marques-Neves.
