I will give an introduction to Ramsey spaces, a framework developed by Todorcevic, extending work of Carlson and Simpson, to simultaneously generalize the proofs of several infinite dimensional Ramsey theorems. The first talk will be mostly motivational, covering examples of such theorems. In the second talk, I will discuss aspects of the abstract framework.
